The Smashwords Interview

David Weir interviewed me for Smashwords recently. I think it turned out well, and the timing couldn't have been better with The Expendable Few doing well with several EBook retailers.

I discuss some of the struggles I've had as a writer and how I came to write Space Opera.

You can find the article HERE.

I'd just like to thank you for choosing to release your work without DRM emcumberance on sites like smashwords.

When I buy a book, physical or electronic, I expect to be able to re-read it at any time in the future. With DRM there is no guarentee I can do this, so my choice of ebooks to buy is somewhat limited.

I hope to see many more quality authors such as yourself distributing in this manner in the future. Keep up the great work.

I absolutely love the Spinward Fringe series and anxiously await the next book. I have found myself re-reading each book and have found different elements each time. The descriptions in the books create such vivid pictures in my mind. I have also wondered how this would turn out as a movie. Understanding, of course, that not all elements could possibly make the movie. The basic premise would be more than enough. I am curious if that has ever been considered.
